Tiny Dancer

Rylie learned to clap & say "Yea!" She also started saying "uh-oh" when she drops something, over & over!
We were playing dress-up here.......she has on her princess tiara & scepter & is sporting a hot pink boa! I can't believe she kept the tiara on her head.

Check out the gums! Still no teeth! She is now 10 months old, 21 lbs. & 30 1/4" tall! She is still hanging in the 95% for her height! Go figure!

Time for a costume change! We went from royal princess to ballerina.......The tutu had glitter all over it & she kept trying to put it in her mouth. Of course, I had to stop her & the following shot is what resulted.......

....my tiny dancer had a mini-melt down! Isn't this so sad & hilarious at the same time?! Don't worry.....I cheered her up after I took the picture. She only cried for a second!!

The Great Outdoors

Rylie takes the wheel......it is like Mr. Toad's Wild Ride at Disney.....she frantically jerks the wheel back & forth and thinks it is hilarious! At least we are on a large body of water with no boats in sight!

Breanna, Haleigh, Rylie & Brody in the camper! They came up Saturday & went out on the boat with us. That night we all came back in & went to Top O' the River for dinner. Lots of fun!

"Take my picture", said Haleigh, the camera hound!

Here we are on our latest camping excursion to Guntersville. We grilled hotdogs & ate under the stars on our little picnic table. Rylie really likes being outside!

Here is a lovely shot of me & Rylie (that is her escaping at the bottom of the picture). We made a make-shift playhouse under the table inside the camper, since she is alot more mobile than the last time we went camping.

This is currently Rylie's FAVORITE book! BB gave it to her and every

time I finish reading it, she will squeal until I read it again!!

What BIG BROWN EYES you have!!!

Extreme close-up!! I love these! She has the biggest brown eyes, just like her daddy! She is feeding herself some tasty Cheerios in this shot. She is really getting the hang of feeding herself, although she still has no teeth, so she has to gum everything to death!

What a cute face! Don't you just want to squeeze those cheeks! She probably gets tired of all the kisses we give her! She is learning to kiss back....well sort, of. She really just opens her mouth & leans in & you get slimed! Sweet slobber!

Stewart was in charge of her bath on this night.....they had fun making silly hair-dos!

The Paper Caper

BUSTED!!! You can't take your eyes off her for a second! I went to put something away & came back to find my house being rolled!

She was furiously crawling down the hallway like a bandit! She saw me coming & actually sped up! It was too funny! Note to self: Keep bathroom door closed!!!

Rylie & John Gavin

John Gavin came over to play a couple of weeks ago......here he is 5 months old & Rylie is almost 10 months. (She actually turned 10 months old today!) What a blessing she is to our family! This is a cute picture.....she was sticking her tongue out at him & he would crack up! Oh, the things she will teach her little cousin!

Rylie is facinated by belly-buttons! John Gavin just let her poke his belly....he thinks Rylie is a hoot!
